If you have a problem with your child sneaking on the computer late at night while you are sleeping you can just unhook the keyboard and they will not be able to use it.

Power cord works too! I just take the plug whenever I need to restrict access and the computer becomes useless.

Report all bullying to the parents involved and take it to the police if you have to so it is documented with a date and time

Including the parents of the kids that are bullying is very important because some parents are so busy they dont even know what is going on half of the time. Once they are made aware they are quick to discipline

I think social websites should start allowing parents to be linked to their accounts so they can never hide anything from their parents and its gives parents the ability to oversee any web activity

This would be a GREAT tool.... Then some of the parents could be held accountable for the questionable content of their children!! Better yet, require these kids to actually be of age and show proof, then finish their registration with a parent. Then have it linked that way. That way, the child and parent can be verified! Just a thought. I'd proudly do it for my kids....

It would be perfect because then parents can contact each other when there is problems at school and work together on a solution

Exactly!!! All kids have to do is lie about age and create 20different accounts! If parents had to sign them up, just as you do with library card, their actions would then fall on the parent, thus making us responsible for what our kids do and say.
