Has someone ever started a fake facebook using your name? How do you make it stop?

why would someone ignore a subpoena? This is not advisable. This is a court order and the failure to not show up, is jail time. Really?!

If someone broke the law in your state or a federal law you can get one.

I think when you agree to their terms you agree that they are not responsible for anything that happens
