Some people don't understand the severity of court documents and take it lightly. Way to lightly. Those are the ones who stay int he court system and THINK they are above the court system.

What is more annoying is when they finally get dragged into court and claim that they had no idea what it meant and what they were supposed to do so they get off on a lesser punishment
