The price will be determined by what state you live in and what lawyer you decide to use. Ballpark around $300

Dont think of a Cease and Desist as an empty threat either bc some people will not listen and you might have to go to court so be prepared

I have seen many people ignore these letters and play hardball demanding a court date and once you make the arrangements they fold under the pressure at the last minute. Dont be afraid of anyone when you are on the right side of the law.

Keep in mind that not everyone respects the court so they might ignore your warning but as long as you follow the rules of taking someone to court then when you finally get to be heard you will win your case for sure.

If you don't show up to court, the other party wins by default. Enough of these and you will be forced to come to court.

Yeah, If someone is impersonating you and they see a letter from a lawyer, most likely... PROBLEM SOLVED.

Do people really just push away court documents like dummies?? Not me... I guess im paranoid, but bill collection letters, court papers and anything that looks official, I panic and go all overly obsessive until the problem is handled. I cant imagine someone ignoring a cease and desist like its nothing and then carrying on recklessly...
