This needs to be in every school.... every school, no exceptions.

I think public schools should have the same rule book as prep and private schools minus the dresscode and uniforms

I agree, and actually wouldn't mind the dress code and uniforms. A lot of bullying comes from those who can afford the trendiest fashions towards those who can't. If all the students had the same uniforms, no one is singled out for having more money or more designer clothes than from those who's parents can't afford them.

The same rules that apply to everyone else should apply.

violent bullying should be handled just as it would be if they were on the streets and the cops were called. All bullying is bad, but when you put in physical violence, it turns into more criminal actions.

Kids know that violence is bad I dont care where you grew up. Bad neighborhoods dont think that fighting is ok it just happens so much they are used to it but you should never bring that into school and if they say they dont get it then they cannot be in a classroom with others that know its wrong and want to learn

Kids deemed to be violent should have to wear a signifier so the teachers and students can recognize that
