Wow, thank you guys for the great responses! The sister is younger, doesn't even attend the same school. My sister DID end up going to the school and talking to the assistant dean. The boy was on his last incident and was suspended. But the other boys made it difficult for my son, so they were removed from any classes they had together, as well as switching their lunches. After that, my nephew didn't experience anymore torments. He actually got his grades up. Last day of school has come, so he is going to take some type of classes at the Y this summer. Thank you allll so much for your thoughts, opinions, and tips! This Is a fantastic site and has some wonderful people!!!! Thank you!

I agree. I wouldn't wait for another incident. I would have my sister call up there and allow me to speak on her behalf, if she can't handle it, and then have a meeting. For one, why was your sister not notified? If there is an incident, they are to inform you, just for your knowledge. Id question that. its when the incidences aren't made available to parents when the problem will get out of hand! Please help your sister help her son. Its takes a village to raise a child!! Good luck!

Glad it was resolved! I agree. Self defense will teach them more than just self defense. It would be really beneficial.

Verbal conflict management can be useful, before it gets to the point of getting physical.
