Right?! I agree! Nothing I hate more then the teacher having to stop and lose time to deal with a bad seed. Send them tomthe office and carry on with the lesson. Keep that mid in isolation being taught by himself, no recess with the other kids, lunch by himself, and maybe he will get it!! Lol

I don't think minors can get restraining orders. I think it has to be the guardian or parent that can petition one, but courts that issue those type of orders usually deal with adults. Minors have a different court system that deals with the rights of minors aside from the regular courts.

If there is a repeat offender then that person should be expelled and a restraining order automatically given, to protect the victim. The school needs to work with the juvenile court systems to keep the issues under control.
