You know how schools have class president's, treasury, and all the representatives? Have one started for the school. The judge, someone to argue for the bully and victim, then choose 6-12 students for the jury. This will not only have the kids involved, but it will teach them the justice system. Have teachers and principle to watch over to make sure rules are being followed and once someone has been found guilty or innocent, the jury can determine the sentence. Hold court once or twice a month. I think its a great ide. The rest of the school is able to attend as the court room. I would love to see this. Bet you would see less of the bullying because no one would want to be put on front street. lol

Any program that will identify the bully and try to help them change is good in my book. Good idea.

Sounds good. Something where some light is shined on the bully and they are made accountable for their actions.

This is a great idea. Gives the entire school accountability, teaches them right and wrong, allows them to judge and be judged by their peers , teaches them the judicial system, just a great plan all the way around!!!!!

I saw this once, like a moot or mock court. Very cool and gets the kids to see how court proceedings would look like, gives them an opportunity to "figure it out" so-to-speak, and helps them to understand how their actions have repercussions and consequences. Very good idea, not sure who was to say it first, so many names in the posts.
