That whistle will make every dog in a 1 mile radius start going berserk and that kind of noise will make any attacked flee the scene

I think they should get pepper spray too but you know on kid would spray someone or a place as a joke and ruin it for everyone.

Thats the system they use in the UK so it must work pretty good as long as you condition the public to react when they hear a loud whistle

There is so much dissatisfaction with Americans today. They may like the idea, but dislike where the idea originated, and therefore, no longer like the idea. Just to be difficult. Some people don't understand or care about the severity of bullying among our children and act as if it will go away. It wont, and it cant.

the whistle works I used it when someone was trying to follow me to my car in a parking garage and he started taking off when I blew it
