Whistle

A whistle would work great. We would just have to teach people around us that if they hear a whistle to call 911, or at least be out looking for why a whistle is being blown.

Haha. If you grew up where I did and the kids in the neighbor hood found out you had a whistle to alert people that you were getting bullied, you may as well just wear a target on your back. Might work in an upper scale area though.

Right!! I grew up on a hood where car alarms, house alarms, gun shots, and screaming was daily, and no one moved or called the police!!! Lol

I feel the same way I think whistles would not have people running to it wanting to help they would probably think it was just an annoying kid with a whistle

I dont think kids these days would feel that a whistle is the answer and they would probably toss it in the rubbish

Oh no if you hear that in a parking garage late at night you know exactly what it is and you either find help or you are the help
