Be careful with that. If the ppl do not identify themselves and agree to the recording, it would be inadmissible to use in court. Can be a sticky situation. Always ask permission and ask each attendant to state there name ON THE RECORD. Then you should be good!! Good idea!

If that doesn't work go a step higher to the state. Good luck.

Keep very detailed records of dates and who you spoke to and what was done so when you present your case you show the negligence

Very good advice. Every single incident, who said what, where, and when. Who handled, who witnessed, everything.... Take pictures of proof, such as bruises, letters, fb posts, twitter, texts, phone calls. Anything that could be pertinent information.

Then when they ask you for examples you dont say that you cant remember off the top of your head. That will make you look either like you arent telling the truth or that they incidents werent bad enough to even remember so they become insignificant

Id follow up everyday until something is done. I know we all get busy with other kids, jobs, errands, school, whatever, but its until we stay persistent that we will get these school officials to take things serious.

The key is don't ever stop until you see some results.

Persistence is the key to achieving anything you need done. Problem is, most people think that once it's brought to their attention, it's done. It's when we become persistent and follow up and go above and beyond that first initial contact, that they fear the repercussion of NOT taking the initiative to fixing a problem before it escalates. Stay on top of it and keep calling everyday until someone listens and does something.
