Write a letter

Is your dad telling you to stop crying and toughen up? How do you get him to listen?

That's a good Idea, I also express myself much better on paper when I need to communicate an important subject.

writing is a very great way to express yourself. Yo can use it for anything, really. To tell your parents, teachers, counselors, friends, and then everything is documented. You have time to think out what you want to say, how your going to say it. It also helps to make sure you cover all the basis to get your point across. Great idea!

Or use one of those cool things that types what you say on your computer so it doesnt take you as long and it will be cathartic to say it out loud

Writing your feelings is always a great thing! Never underestimate the power of words to paper and the effect they have on the receiver.

After you write it then read it objectively and make sure you dont sound like you are whining just list facts and concerns
