A Chinese businessman was deported and banned from entering the Philippines again for bullying a flight attendant of the Philippine Airlines.

May 31, 2013, Saturday, the 47-year-old rich Chinese businessman Liu Biqing picked the wrong Filipino to bully in a flight at the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, China.

"Barged into the galley and grabbed one hot towel by reaching over the shoulders" of Josef Randall Tolentino, flight attendant of the Philippine Airlines. According to the report, Biqing "whisked" the towel towards Tolentino's face and splattering the flight attendant on the face.

Catherine Guinto, a flight staff, politely asked Biqing against misbehaving but Liu yelled instead of apologizing, maintaining his rudeness and arrogance. The Chinese national even yelled to the Chinese interpreter who was simply helping out. Shanghai airport ground staff apologized to the crew members about the commotion.

Randall Tolentino filed a complaint at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, Philippines upon arrival.

"Let this small act and incident show the people of China that they cannot mistreat Filipinos and get away with it," Tolentino said, commenting on Liu's deportation.

The Philippines Airlines seemed to grant Tolentino's request to have the Chinese businessman deported by the Philippines, a report by Manila Bulletin said.

"Upon reading the pursuer's report and hearing out my complaint, PAL and Immigration officers immediately processed the passenger for deportation on the first available flight back to Pudong," he recounted in his Facebook account after the encounter with Biqing.

Randall Tolentino who turned out to be the son of the former regional commander of Philippine National Police Region II, retired Chief Supt. Ameto Tolentino and Rowena Ponce Enrile, sister of the Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile.

"I am proud of my roots but I am prouder to be a Filipino," Tolentino said to the Manila Bulletin.

This tension sprouted from the arguments and dispute over territory in the South China Sea which lead stroked both China and Philippines in terms of relation and national sentiment.
