Dear Bully,

I have wanted to ask you to stop bullying me for quite some time now, but I have yet to find the courage to do so. I hope that by writing you this letter you will realize that you hurt me and you will stop bullying me.

You started calling me “Fat Freddy” last year and have continued to call me it every time you try to get my attention. You laugh while saying it and you try to make light of the situation by patting my back or saying “common’ you know I am kidding man”, but the truth is that it still hurts. You also always comment on what I am eating. Just two weeks ago when everyone was having cake for Bethany’s birthday, you said they should hide it from “Fat Freddy” so I wouldn’t eat it all. Are these comments necessary?

I know I am over weight, I am very aware of it. I have tried to lose weight and I have managed to lose 40 pounds over the last two years. I know I still have a long way to go, but your constant jabs at my weight crush my motivation and I feel like giving up.

Please stop teasing me.

Hey, I know how it feels. I used to be called all kinds of names in the past. Just don't give up. Don't let some stupid kid bring you down. Okay? I know that I'm not the prettiest thing out there. But i still say to myself, "You are beautiful just the way you are."
Say something similar along those lines. Like "I will lose weight, I know i can do it!" Okay? So keep your head up and think positive. Because if you think positive, good things will come out of it.
Have you ever read the book, "staying fat for Sarah Marshall"? I don't remember who the person who wrote the book's name is. But ill give you a little description, This boy his name is Eric, when he was just beginning high school, or was in the 7th or 8th grade, he wanted to lose weight. So he decided to join the swimming club. he had this friend her name was Sarah. You see she had burnt scares on about half of her face and down onto her arm. She eventually told Eric that it was her dad who did it to her. Eric lost weight on the swim team. But before Sarah told him any of what happened to her, she secluded her self from him. At the beginning she is in the mental hospital. because she remembers her father doing that to her. There you go, look it up in your school library or local one. thank you for reading this. ttyl
