James McGibney is a former United States Marine, who served tours of duty with Third Surveillance Reconnaissance Intelligence Group and Marine Security Guard Battalion. He was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal for his service.

He is the founder and CEO of BullyVille (www.bullyville.com.) Mr. McGibney has been featured on Anderson CooperABC NightlineExtra!Dr. PhilMaury PovichHoward SternThe ViewGood Morning America and Dr. Drew.

Prior to launching his current online business, McGibney founded SecuraTrak, a patented wireless asset tracking system. He authored numerous patents based on wireless and GPS technology, in particular Patent 6,850,839 (spatial zone tracking) and Patent 6,509,867 (article tracking device). The company was eventually acquired by a publicly traded company. He has over 40 trademarks filed with the USPTO including; "once a cheater, always a cheater"® and "Cheaters Court"®. McGibney was the first person in the world to launch Cisco UCS Blade Technology and did so within a multibillion dollar publicly traded company. He was awarded Cisco's IT Excellence Pioneer award.

McGibney earned a Master of Criminal Justice degree from Boston University and attended Harvard Business School for his Executive education.

In April 2012, McGibney purchased the controversial site Is Anyone Up? which posted "revenge porn" from Hunter Moore and shut it down immediately, traffic was redirected to BullyVille.com. Hunter Moore's site was under investigation by the FBI at the time of purchase for allegations of hacking. Three days after the transaction, Moore used his Twitter account to accuse McGibney of being a pedophile, of possessing child pornography and threatening to rape McGibney's wife. McGibney sued Moore for defamation in Nevada's Clark County District Court in February 2013. On March 8, 2013, the court ruled in McGibney's favor and awarded him a judgment of $250,000 plus court costs and attorney fees. McGibney successfully shut down another revenge porn site, sued the owners of that website, and was awarded a judgment of $330,000.

Mr. McGibney has had quite a few very public battles with what the web has deemed the "worst of the worst", including pedophiles and revenge porn site operators. Through Bullyville, Mr. McGibney is currently dealing with the following cases:

www.thomasretzlaff.com - Thomas Retzlaff is a convicted felon, vexatious litigant, alleged pedophile and rapist, who currently has an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Thomas Retzlaff did the unthinkable, he posted naked images of his own daughter, which he illegally obtained via a hidden camera, all over the web. Mr. Retzlaff is "very close and personal friends" with Houston based Attorney Jeffrey Dorrell.

www.nealrauhauser.com - Neal Rauhauser currently has four outstanding warrants for his arrest. The alleged wife beater and deadbeat dad has been on the run for over a decade and currently owes $60,000 in back child support. If anyone knows the current location of Neal Rauhauser, please contact Nebraska's health and human services and the FBI. Mr. Rauhauser is currently represented by Houston based Attorney Jeffrey Dorrell.

www.jojocamp.com - Joseph "JoJo" Camp is a convicted felon who has multiple restraining orders against him throughout the United States. He especially loves to stalk women online. He currently is working with convicted felon Thomas Retzlaff in their continued campaign of online harassment.

Not sure I agree with mcgibney's approach that you have to be a bully to beat a bully. On the other hand, being reasonable and rational with some folks who are bullies goes nowhere.

When I was a kid I'd watch my dad Thomas Retzlaff play with his hotdog while looking at pedo films.
