Michigan punter Blake O'Neill received death threats on Twitter, according to Dan Jenkins of CBS Detroit, after his fumbled long snap in Saturday's matchup against rival Michigan State led to a game-winning touchdown for the Spartans as time expired.

While Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh noted after the game that O'Neill should have simply fallen on the ball rather than attempt to kick it after he bobbled the snap, his teammates were quick to rally around him.

"(Told him) just keep his head up," Wolverines defensive lineman Willie Henry said, according to Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press. "I left plays out there myself. I could have done better. We've got to execute better offense, defense and special teams wise."

Said Kenny Allen: "I just told him we're behind him and we're going to look at film and stuff. We support Blake through everything; that's the kind of team we're going to be."
