Adam Boland is currently a director of social media and strategy with the Seven Network and executive producer for Weekend Sunrise.
Boland previously was the executive producer for the Seven Network's breakfast show Sunrise. It is the most watched breakfast show on Australian television. The show with Boland at the helm gained the position of number one breakfast morning program, pipping the Nine Network's Today out of the spot which it held for 20 years. He also created The Morning Show and Weekend Sunrise.
Adam was bullied a lot when he attended school and recently opened up in Fiona Scott-Norman's book 'Dont Peak in High school',
“I’d retreat to the library at little lunch and lunchtime. I felt safe there. I read a lot, and I started writing a lot, and that’s how I set upon the journey of becoming a journalist. I credit those lonely periods with teaching me how to read and write outside of conventional schooling.”
Instead of dwelling on his bullying situation Boland focused his energy on his dream of being in show business.

If you are having a lousy time in school just keep your head down and move forward just like Mr Boland and one day you will have what you have been waiting for.
