Daniel Craig claims he has been bullied since landing the role of James Bond.
The British actor, who made his debut as the suave spy in 'Casino Royale', has been lambasted by Bond fans for allegedly not being able to drive a gearshift car, not knowing how to play cards, hating guns and even for being blonde.
Now the 44-year-old star has hit back, telling Britain's Q magazine: "Some of the stuff that has been said has been as close to playground bullying as you can get. 'You've got big ears!'
"But ask anyone who has been bullied, they know it hurts, it's not right. There's a part of me that would like to turn around and shove it up their a**e.
"Well the only way I can do that is to get it right. No one cares about this movie more than I do."
Craig has also challenged some of the claims levelled against him.
The actor insists he can drive a manual car - and is actually better than most when it comes to handling fast speeds.
He fumed: "I can drive a manual car. I flogged the a**e out of an Aston Martin DBS recently.
"I don't where it came from, it's made up. I don't have a car at the moment but the last car I had was an automatic. Sorry. But most posh cars are automatic."
