The singer sparked fears for her health when she flew into the U.K. earlier this month (Mar10) and was photographed looking worryingly thin.
Coyle has since admitted she has recently lost 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms), but attributes the weight loss to the amount of running she's been doing in Los Angeles.
And the Irish star admits she feels bullied by the constant criticism over her weight.
She tells Closer magazine, "People should stop bullying me about my weight. One minute they say I'm too plump, the next they say I'm too thin. I can never win. Everyone is always speculating about my weight, saying I don't eat. Why don't they just leave me alone?
"I am totally happy with my weight. I'm not unhealthy at all! I'm just doing a lot of running with my trainer back home in L.A."

It seems like everyone holds female celebrities to these super high standards and their bodies should never deviate from its original shape. Give the girl a break she is obviously beautiful or people wouldnt pay her to take pictures. Keep your weight advice to yourself unless you have positive messages to offer.
