IamA guy who went to school with and bullied a celebrity. (self.IAmA)
I went to middle school for a short period with Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Not sure how you verify that. I can say he went to Lindero Canyon Middle School in Agoura Hills California for a short period. I can't remember if it was 6th or 7th grade, which would have been 93-95 I think.
We picked on him quite a bit, and I feel bad about it now. I had just moved schools but became popular rather quickly. He arrived a month or so after I did. We made fun of him a lot, bullied him, picked on him, made fun of his wealth, his tv shows, really just laid into him. Looking back I realize he was just trying to live a normal life and we helped make that impossible. He left pretty quickly after he got there, and I can't say we didn't cause that. I really regret how we treated him.
He was pretty famous when he arrived at school. Even though teen girls seemed to be enamored with him in general at the time, the girls at school hardly paid any attention to him. Must have been hard for him.
So, there it is. I am open to answer any questions about that.

He only got picked on because all the boys wanted to be him. Every girl had this kids poster on their wall or binder at one point in their life.

I was picked on A LOT in school. Years later the guy who picked on me found me on myspace and wrote me a message apologizing. I had gotten over it years before but the apology really meant a lot.
It showed that he cared about my feelings. Maybe you could write him a letter. If you did as much damage as you think, I'm sure he'll remember you. An apology doesn't always fix everything but it means a lot when the person cares enough to give it. Find his address or phone number and give it a try.

I went to Lindero too. I saw him checking in after filming for Home improvement. I asked him if everyone is so excited to see him during class. I was a year older. He said no. I hate going here cause everyone calls me names and shoved me in the lockers. So sad! I felt so bad for him. I told him they were just jealous. Poor kid! At least you feel bad about it. We've all done things we weren't proud of especially during middle school.
