Teacher Uses An Anti-Bullying Tactic That Got Her Fired

A teacher in San Antonio, Texas used an unusual anti-bulling tactic when she was giving a bully a taste of his own medicine.  

A 6-year-old, that allegedly bullied kids, was punished by his school teacher when she made 24 children take place in her anti-bullying exercise and made them each hit the bully (some hit him twice) while he sat in a chair.  

Ann Neely, the mother of the victim, is livid that the kids at Ricardo Salinas Elementary were allowed and told to stand in a line and slap her child in the mouth.  

The six-year-old was not even the one who told on the teacher, the mother only found out because the principal called her to tell her.  The boy was told not to tell anyone, so he kept his mouth shut. 

The teacher was fired, but Ann Neely thinks that being fired isn’t enough of a punishment for what she did.  Ann wants to have criminal charges filed against the teacher so that she never teaches again.  

Ann says her son was unfairly accused of being a bully, adding, "He's a kindergartener.  And they never had any problems with his behavior.  Ever."
